1985-1988 Monte Carlo SS NEW Steering Wheel COSMETIC DEFECT This is a Brand New Reproduction Steering Wheel BUT.... Our manufacturer got it wrong! We have a high standard for what we consider "perfect" and we do strive for that. Mistakes do happen and unfortunately in this case quality control slipped and we can't accept this oversight. We don't feel right selling them at full price so we are clearing the defective ones out!
