This steering wheel is made of top quality materials for that great Leather and Wood finish look. It has full controls for Temperature, Cruise Control, Radio, and Phone. It passed not only all manufacturer tests but also General Motors quality control, and has to endure rough road conditions over a long time. These are OEM new old stock. They were obtained many years ago in a buyout from a GM assembly plant when they changed over model years. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions.
