Will need to be restored . - Looks like it is red, that someone tried to paint grey. This steering wheel is not in perfect or new condition. Some age cracks. There are scuffs, scraps, fading, paint wear, etc. This steering wheel should fit any Chevrolet GM Pontiac Olds Cadillac cars 1960 through 1969.
